This is the perfect dipping sauce for fried chicken fingers.
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard (I use Zatarain’s)
2 tablespoons capers
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
optional : if you can tolerate a tiny bit of garlic, grate about a 1/4 teaspoon into the mixture.
Combine and serve.
